Chi Kung
Chinese Health Exercises
This form of gentle exercise, developed through the ages by
Chinese martial artists was found to have medical applications
which are still used by medical practitioners into the modern
world today.
Chi Kung is composed of slow fluid movements that are
combined with deep rhythmic breathing.
Designed to both, strengthen and stretch the body,
enhancing balance and improving awareness of how
the body moves through space.
The practice also brings together mind and body through
a form of moving meditation.
This little book illustrates ten of the more common exercise routines.
